The big benefit is you receive points every time you visit any of our locations, and you can spend those points for food and drink at a later date.  Earn at least 1 point for every dollar spent.

The more you spend, the bigger your reward.  Once you reach 500 points for the year, you’ll achieve SILVER status and earn 1.1 point for each dollar spent.  After 1,000 points for the year, you’ll achieve GOLD status and earn 1.2 points for each dollar spent.  And, after 1,500 points for the year you’ll achieve PLATINUM status and earn 1.3 points for each dollar spent.

Plus you receive a FREE appetizer at Silver, Gold and Platinum status!

You’ll receive a great birthday gift and an anniversary gift every year, just for joining and registering.

Old Sidelines VIP Cards

If you already have a silver Sidelines VIP Card or a black Sidelines Italian Reward card, don’t worry.  All of your points have been transferred to the new VIP rewards system.

You can still use these cards in our restaurants, but we strongly encourage you to log into our new system and update your profile.  You’ll immediately receive 30 points for updating your profile and receive a ton of other benefits for being a registered VIP Rewards Member.

If you have BOTH cards, use either number on the back of the cards to register and update your profile.  Once you have successfully logged in and updated your profile, send an email to sidelinestoledo@gmail.com with the other card number and we will add it to your account.

Just visit any Sidelines Sports Eatery or Italian Grille location and ask your server for one.  Make sure to tell them you’ve already registered as a member so they can associate your new card with your account.

Lots of customers like to have a card, but as long as you have registered or updated your profile, you won’t need a card to collect and redeem points.  You can use your email, phone number or show the app on your phone, instead of flashing your VIP Rewards card.

The more you spend, the bigger the reward!  We track the points you earn during the calendar year, and when you reach certain levels, we increase the points you earn.

Yes! Previously, points and rewards could not be used at both of our restaurant brands.  But now you can earn and spend points and rewards at any Sidelines Sports Eatery or Italian Grill location.

No.  You can simply request a VIP Rewards card and use it every time you visit.

However, you won’t receive your annual birthday gift, anniversary gift and other “members only” specials during the year.  Plus, if you lose your card or have it stolen, we won’t be able to recover your points or your account.

Earn 30 Bonus points on your account in one of two ways:

Visit any location and present your VIP Rewards Card at checkout.  Your server will make sure you receive your points.

If you have registered or updated your profile, you can use your email, phone number or account number at checkout.

Points are applied to your account immediately as they are earned.

You’ll receive at least 1 point for each dollar spent in our restaurants.  As you spend more during the year, you’ll achieve Silver, Gold and Platinum levels.  These levels mean you’ll earn more than 1 point for every dollar spent.

There will be opportunities to earn more points for special events or specific purchases.  For example, every Tuesday is Double Point Tuesday where you’ll earn double the normal level of points.

We love it when customers flash their card, which is one way to make yourself known to your server. If you have already registered/updated your profile, you can also identify yourself by showing the app, providing your email, or even giving your phone number.

Simply let your server know you want to use points for your purchase.  If you have an active offer, just let them know that as well and they’ll take it from there.

Points can be used for purchases in the following increments:

$10 – 200 points

$20 – 400 points

$30 – 600 points

$50 – 1,000 points

$75 – 1,500 points

$100 – 2,000 points

No partial use permitted, so make sure your total bill is more than the amount you want to redeem.

Either log into the app or login on our loyalty website HERE to see everything there is to know about your account.  You can also update your profile, see your transaction history, and a bunch of other great stuff.
